Are you looking for an extra special treat this Easter? To celebrate the chocolate season, our chefs have been busy creating an exclusive range of indulgent chocolate treats, paired with a selection of three hand-selected pairing wines.
The pairing board, priced at £18, features three Easter-inspired indulgent chocolates that have been infused with the finest Indian spices to add some authentic flavour. Each chocolate creation has been carefully matched with a 50ml serving of a different wine to work alongside the rich chocolate flavour profiles and enhance the tasting experience – including an extra special chocolate flavoured wine!
Each tasting board includes:
- White chocolate and cardamom truffle, paired with Sauternes, Château Delmond, Bordeaux, France, 2014
- Easter egg with rice kheer and passion fruit puree, paired with Brachetto d`Acqui DOCG, Contero, Piemonte, Italy, 2015
- Dark chocolate and paan truffle, paired with Rubis Chocolate-flavoured fortified Tempranillo
